Popped in on our cross country beer tasting tour. Nice little joint in an industrial center with a good, local vibe. The hefe was very good, with the right notes of clove and banana. The Gutshot Stout was real dry, with awesome coffee tones.
The standout was the Weizenbock aged in Chardonnay barrels. Unique with classic malt tones, but with a nice wine follow up to make this complex offering a winner. Bought two bottles for our travels.
No food, but a food truck pulled up for the evening. Prices are a bit high. Worth a stop, for sure.
