Owner has been responsive to all forms of communication be that through Yelp, Email, or IM/Text...my kind of company. Service tech called saying I'm few minutes behind which was not an issue as I didn't get the usual 4 hour window I was given an exact time, I appreciate the update. Microwave installed and backflow valve replaced which included a run to the hardware store for parts at no extra charge...these will be my go to guys when I need work around the house that are above my limited home repair abilities.
