  • I've had multiple loans with this institution, and wouldn't consider looking elsewhere. My recent loan process was had more "bumps" in the process than previous ones, but that was due to the massive regulatory changes that happened several months previous. Pretty much all realtors and banking folks associated with the mortgage industry are saying that this will take time to sort out. My 5-star review is due to the fact that representatives at Third Federal ALWAYS remained polite and professional throughout the process. I received nearly instant call-backs and email replies to questions and concerns. This company has specialized in residential mortgage loans for decades, and it shows in their service level.
