  • Worst service ever. Took my 19 month old daughter there tonight and I left after being there for 3 hours. The wait time was horrible they didn't do anything. The PA that came in wouldn't listen to what I had to say just telling me things I already knew my daughter had because I told her. They didn't listen to me and when I told her I was going to leave to go to a different ER she came back in the room and said she talked to her attendant and she recommends that we do a UA and strep and X-ray. I said ok well we waited some more and by the time the nurse came in to tell me he can't find the bag he needs to get the UA and he would rather do a catheter I said I'm leaving and left. Just horrible. How can the PA sit there and tell me she doesn't look sick enough to transfer her to Phoenix children hospital. Does my daughter have to be dying for someone to pay attention to me???? Just because she smiles doesn't mean there isn't anything wrong with her!!!! I'm her mother I know something is wrong!!!!
