  • We have all "been there" walk into a store and there are 4 people working and a sole patron. In this case I was the patron. After finding the category of tool I was interested in, I was in need of some answers as to what brand was the better choice and why. One guy staring at his phone, one guy sitting listening to another worker tell him some sort of "social media" story....... I walked out.
