  • My laptop was in dire need of reformatting, lots of software issues, viruses, and years' worth of totally disorganized files. Last week I went into Canada Computer and they didn't want to help me, nor any one else would help me, just too expensive and anyway they don't get paid enough to deal with anything but hardware. Then I remembered that last year Modcom sold me a rapid power charger for my tablet and the price was right and the service was great. So I thought I'd check out Modcom again. Rye helped me and yesterday I picked up my laptop. Not once did I feel rushed or overcharged. He was so patient and eager to show me all that he repaired. My 7 year old DELL works better now than it did when it was brandnew. I will only ever use Modcom for repairs and parts from now on. My customer experience was 2nd to none.The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was top of the line. Thanks Modcom, you're the best!!
