| - This dealership has THE worst customer service in the service department. I went to auto zone originally to get a free diagnostic for a general idea of what was wrong. My car had issues with the ignition switch when starting the car and my engine would shut off in the middle of driving when I would come to stops. There was a recall on my car for those things in particular but the dealership called saying that wasn't the issue at all and that something was wrong with 2 of my cylinders, my spark plug was burnt, my brakes were beginning to wear down, amongst a few other things. They called right before they closed and said there were 2 possible solutions to fix it. Early the next morning they said the first solution wasn't going to work so the second solution would definitely fix the problem and they would do it for $2500 flat. And I would be able to use a loaner car until it was fixed. When I went to get the loaner car the guy trying to help me was very rude. He did not introduce himself to me, asked me who helped me to be able to get a free loaner car- almost shocked that he was helping someone as young as me, then asked if I would be able to wait 30 minutes because he was going to have to walk to go get a loaner car and seemed upset when I said I would wait. When i asked if i could have someone fax photo Id and credit card to use on file for the loaner he seemed like it would be inconvenient for it takes time and requires a little paperwork. BUT I finally got the call my car was ready on Friday and quoted me the price at $3100. I was under the impression it was $2500 flat like they told me previously. It is the dealerships and mechanics responsibility to fix the problem.. now 3 months later, the problem is back.. I paid $3,000 for my car to STILL have the same, dangerous issue?
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I felt like they treated me unprofessionally, overcharged me, and did not even fix the problem.
Do NOT get your service done with this dealership. I went there thinking my cars issues were the issues involved with the recall on my car, and that I could trust a dealership. I will not be back and I will tell others about my experience here.
