  • By far one of the most dreadful experiences with a masseuse and this company. I've been here roughly every 2 to 3 weeks over the past year and signed up with a membership, which was probably the worst part of all of this. I had the worst massage of my life here, the masseuse never asked about the pressure and proceeded to grind her elbow into my back and fail to listen to the areas I wanted specifically worked. Once the torture was over I went out to the receptionists and let them know what I thought about it, asked to never be with this masseuse again and was told that it would be taken care of. I call back 3 days later after not hearing anything back and Kristen offers me aromatherapy after a 10 minute conversation without once displaying any issues with what happened or trying to make this right. When I ask if I can speak with her manager(Heather) she tells me she's out on maternity leave and there is no one that I can speak with, then tells me I can't cancel my membership at all. If you are even considering going here let alone getting a membership do yourself a favor and don't.
