  • Had a fabulous pizza experience at the Papa John's in Hilton Head, SC and wanted a replay of that. I ordered a pan pepperoni and sausage pizza to go. I returned to my hotel and dug in. The best thing I can say about it was that it was still nice and warm. I expected spicy cheesy goodness but the sweetish pizza sauce was the loudest note. They applied too much of it and not enough cheese. I couldn't even find the sausage. The meat toppings were all saturated with that sauce and it dulled whatever flavor they might've had. Two stars for this place. One for customer service and the second for the temperature of the order.
