  • They try to tell you things to make you feel comfortable, they implement all these rules and regulations but do not care whether people follow along with it. In the past year so much damaging has happened to my vehicles and they do not apologize nor show an ounce of sympathy. The first thing to happen to my vehicle was a big rock getting thrown at my windshield causing me to pay 200 for a new one. The second was my tire getting stolen, which I , yet again, had to pay 200 for a new tire , rim and everything. Supposedly they have cameras and "security" roaming. Yeah ok, security who sit in the back watching paint dry. When I asked to have their cameras checked to at the very least see the time stamp of when this is occurring she told me I needed a police report, fine. I had a police report filed and brought it to them, the lady at the desk then told me she had no idea what to do with it. This place is so unorganized, definitely NOT SAFE, and the leasing agents are so rude and inconsiderate. Oh and after I bought a new tire and everything about 2-3 weeks later my hubcap was stolen. These items aren't cheap . So much for keeping everyone safe with these fake cameras and security guards. Please take your money elsewhere , pay that little extra for something nice. This is not worth a penny.
