  • I'm giving a 1 star because I can't give zero. They have no good customer service. Talking to tech support for very slow speeds (half of what I pay for) and they start telling me that I can't have so many devices connected or it will slow down my service. Ummm. No their commercials claim all the speed you need for ALL your devices not 1-2. I asked her to stay on the phone while I restarted my computer so I could check to see if they fixed my slow speeds from my side. So she says let me place you on a quick hold and then throws me into the help Q line. Lousy service lousy people.
