  • I would not recommend Crescent ridge apartments. The apartments are very nice, however, the manager of the leasing office downgrades this complex with his unprofessional ways. I am constantly fighting with the manager about things that he should have taken care of. All this complex cares about is the extra dollar. They do not care what so ever about the residents. I referred someone to live in here and I was not given the 150 off of my rent like I was told I would receive. I have had a letter on my door saying I owed money and when I called to find out what it was for they didn't even know. The manager wouldn't even call me back to tell me if they figured it out or where letting it go. The pool is no longer 24 hours and they have raised the pet rent. In the past I would have given this a 5 star but because I have had such bad experiences with the office it has made me start looking at other complexes.
