I wanted to make an appointment for an in home estimate. Called into their call center to ask why their online reviews were so horrible. Not just Yelp, but google as well.
Let's start by the treatment on the phone by the customer service rep. He was defensive and didn't even take the time to apologize. All he needed to do was assure me that "my" experience would be better. He just made excuses and said that only people with bad experiences write reviews. I told him that there are a lot of us that take the time to say good things when we have a great experience. He said, "well Ma'am, that's just your opinion." I asked to speak to a manager, and was left on hold and I'm writing this review while currently on hold now over 15 mins.
I guess the reviews are right. I couldn't even get passed the customer service team. Wow. Buyer beware. Please hire another company.
