  • We bought a house and needed a one time clean up of the rental house we were moving out of, so we could turn in our keys. We tried to get estimates and actually scheduled services with a couple other companies. They'd either never called us back or they'd cancelled on us the day before work was to be done. I was running out of time and we found first option landscape online. The name says it all, they should have been our first option. They scheduled me with no problem and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I met them at the location, paid them and left. I was a little worried at first about paying before the job was done and not sticking around to make sure, but I was worried for nothing. I went back by the house the next day, and WOW!! The work they did was amazing. The place hadn't looked that good in the two years I lived there, and it even looked better than when we accepted the house from the rental agency. This company is very professional and treats you with respect. Their work is fantastic and compared to a lot of other companies, you get a great price for the work that is done. First option landscape will continue to be my first option and first suggestion to all my friends!!
