  • This was my first visit to Society Cafe. I went to meet a friend for lunch. We were seated right away. The seats are comfortable. I loved the decor. right away they bring you pretzel and pumpernickel soft bread sticks with a mustard based dipping sauce. They were hot and fresh. Very good and the sauce fantastic, and I am not a mustard fan at all, I was impressed. I had the steak frites and I have to say it was amazing. The steak was perfectly cooked and tender. The Bearnaise sauce was one of the best I ever had. The frites were crunchy perfection. The salad that came with the dish had this very light lemony dressing that was perfect for the mixed green salad. Our server was awesome, checking on us frequently. I look forward to going back and trying other menu items.
