Let me start by saying that I do like the gym equipment and classes. It does tend to get crowded during peak hours. Stick to going during off-peak hours and you will have a better experience.
Beware!!! Do NOT sign up for personal training!!! I signed up for once a week training for 6 months to prepare for a vacation. My trainer quit after the 2nd session. No one from EOS ever called me to get a new one. Yes, I could have called, but it became an experiment to see how long it would take them to call me. NEVER!
They also do not tell you that after your initial personal trainer payments are completed, they automatically convert your account to a month to month training membership and charge you for training services whether you use them or not. I thought the payments would end with the training. That's why they call it "6 months". I was unaware that the payments continue unless you cancel them and was charged an extra $500. Since it takes 30 days to cancel personal training fees, I will be charged for another month. This is no way to keep clients!
I was never informed that my account would automatically convert and I would have to keep paying until I canceled. Read the fine print on all the contracts that they give you. They are not forthcoming on all information verbally. Poor business practices.
