| - Been into country music lately, and Ive always been into beautiful women, so decided to see x-country while in town with friends. Friday night show, purchased front porch vip tickets months in advance. Arrived about 20 minutes before showtime and waited in line to enter. Was seated right up front as expected. There isnt a bad seat in the house but the earlier you get there, the better you will be seated. Front porch is like a foot away from the stage, worth the extra cash, booked through bestofvegas.com. Drinks are pricey so pound a few in the casino before you come in. The $4 water I bought was the same one you get for free downstairs. The show starts off kinda slow. Typical burlesque, loud energy pumping music where the girls rip their clothing off. Then the show really picks up. It is a variety show, not just a topless review. Some scenes are tasteful, others are just downright sexy. There's shower scenes, gymnast-eske performances, dancing numbers, and good ole fashioned country fun. Good variety for all clientele that would see the show. The music wasn't incredibly contemporary, a good mix but dont expect to hear body like a back road or something off today's charts. That's the one "complaint" I had about the show. The midpoint features a comedian who started off slow but then once he got the crowd involved the laughs ensued. The girls are all incredibly beautiful and incredibly talented. You can also meet them after the show and at various appearances around Harrah's, check their facebook for details. The redhead stole the show for me as she was high energy from start to finish. She also never stopped smiling at the crowd. That's important in a burlesque show. You are there to be "teased/seduced". You want to feel like they are performing for you. Let's face it. When you leave you are probably going home to a wife/husband who doesn't look and move like these gals do, so enjoy the show, smile cheer and show them some love back! You then have a blond who I'll call "the veteran". She did most of the performances and was very skilled and trained in what she did. Then you had "the perfect ten" a tall brunette who literally had a flawless body. If you want to see what perfection is look no further. However, she didn't smile much and really seemed to like looking straight ahead at the back wall. The rest of the gals were amazingly cute and all genuinely seemed to have fun being up there. X-county is about having fun, its not a serious performance. At one point someone from the crowd gets pulled on stage and put in a dress and paraded around like Dolly Parton. That is vegas and that will stay in vegas because it happened to be me :) Ive seen zombie burlesque and now x-country. I've chosen wisely and you should too. Go see these girls if you like country music, fun, and good ole fashioned T&A.
