I HATE THIS HOTEL. I've had to stay twice and both times had me spitting bullets at some of the ridiculous problems no one cares enough about to fix. First the location is terrible. Good luck finding out how to get to the entrance without having to go back around 277 for a second attempt. The inside of the hotel is boiling lava HOT during the warm seasons and a freakin maze to find where you are going. The elevators are SLOW as Christmas. The rooms are ok. The beds are comfortable but the double rooms have full size beds which is stupid for any reputable hotel. The light switches will make you cuss right about the fifth time you try to turn them on because they require you to do something special to flip the stupid thing on. And God, the shower. I don't know what idiot designed these things. Whoever decided they would be cool to have in this hotel needs to get diarrhea for a solid month. No door...just a piece of glass that runs half the length of the shower. You guessed right if you're thinking the water splashes out into the bathroom floor and yes you freeze your balls or boobs off because there's NOTHING THERE!!! The air blows right in like an Arctic blizzard. The prices for food are insane. Like you would NEVER pay $20 for a breakfast biscuit at McDonalds no matter how nice the place looks. That's about what this place is. McDonalds that is trying to be upscale. The staff reflects McDonalds as well. Both times I was here staff members we're rude and talk to you like you're at the DMV. "YOU CAN'T GO THERE"! or "YOU CAN'T DO THIS OR THAT"! You know what? You can kiss my crack! I HATE this hotel. You're better off saving your hard earned money and staying at Holiday Inn or somewhere else where you feel like you are welcome and people actually take pride in serving their guests. THE END
