  • One of the worst experiences I have had retrieving a rental. I called and reserved my vehicle 3 days ahead. Upon arriving I was told they didn't have any vehicles in my size... ridiculous. Then she recanted and said they do but it needs to be cleaned. It's been 20 mins and I'm still waiting for an attendant to come back with my vehicle. This is that last time I will be using this location. Hertz may have lost my business entirely.
