  • Pros: customer service was good. People were nice. Many puzzles in the room which were interesting. Cons: definitely way overpriced for what you're getting. Even after the check in discount it was expensive. Not a lot of tech for them to be charging $24 per game. Plus the facility looked old and the room we were in was dusty and dirty. Many of the clues in the game needed to be replaced (laminated papers were ripping which made it tough to figure out). Overall we had gone on a Saturday and it wasn't busy so probably not one of the more popular ones. Would not go again for $24 but maybe like $15.
