  • Sweet little baby Jesus on Fire, this place was AMAZING FOR DINNER. Lunch was another matter, but I am not going to let that mess with my review of their dinner. We went in late one night, a 10:00 reservation as we knew we'd be late getting into town as we had prior commitments doing some philanthropic work in Prescott. After just barely making it into Las Vegas on time, we went double quick to Fleur, and I am damn glad we did. I cannot recommend the flat iron steak with the chimichuri highly enough. It was perfect in every way. The oysters had by my girlfriend were presented in a great way, and evidently were amazing in the mouth. The lunch service on the other hand I am still not super impressed with. But if you want a hell of a dinner in Vegas, hit Fleur.
