| - The first massage I got was through a groupon. It wasn't the best, but it was enough for me to give it a second try. The second one I had was from a therapist that gave an amazing deep-tissue massage that left me without pain for the first time in as long as I can remember. (sadly I don't remember her name) Because of this, I got a third one, and said I wanted to her again. When I showed up for my third one they said she was out sick, so I had a different therapist who I explained to that I wanted a deep-tissue again. She couldn't even come close. Even when using her elbows, it barely even worked. Got absolutely nothing out of the massage, and to make matters even worse, as she was finishing my left leg, about to start the right and said "well, we ran out of time. Sorry." and left the room. Wait...what?? You just stop mid massage and walk away?
That was the deal breaker for me. Done with that place, and I'll be going through a program my gym provides which is cheaper and has therapists that specialize in deep-tissue.
One last thing, you might want to think about making the place a bit more professional and not having the whole front area sectioned off for a place for your dog at work...I've never seen anything like that before. Guess that should have been my first warning.
