  • Hands down, best service and experience that I have had with any business in a long time!! My tech David Johnson came directly to my work within 1 hour of calling to schedule my repair. About a month ago I had a very negative experience with another local screen repair company that installed a cheap, generic aftermarket screen, lost parts during the repair that caused my home button to be loose and screen to malfunction, and resulted in another broken screen within 30-days. So I was a little skeptic going into this appointment. I was able to sit with David while he repaired the phone and he talked me through the entire process, explaining different components of the phone and repair process as he went. He was very knowledgeable in his work and we had a great conversation on top of everything else. My phone finally feels like it's back to normal (unlike after using the "other guys") and I now know who I will be referring all of my future iPhone repair business to. If I could choose more stars to convey my satisfaction, I would! Thanks again David.
