0 stars. We just signed up 1 week ago for service but within the span of 7 days we have been appalled by their customer service. They started by lying about the speed available to us because of the area we are in (Behind Boca Park, a very populated area of town) after we confronted them they offered us a free month. We're connected but still waiting for our modem to arrive. The local number you call just hangs up on you. We've been transferred to every department, we've been "accidentally disconnected" twice. The online chat service can't help. And, you have to repeat all of your sensitive information (including social security number) to every employee that you speak with. I tried but I just don't have the energy to keep going with this company. I feel sad for the guy who hooked our service up because he was really nice. Nobody else knows what's going on.
