I can't really rate the gym or the equipment, only the customer service, or lack thereof. I was travelling into the area for several months from California and wanted to join a gym while I was in the area. I stopped by twice and unfortunately wasn't able to make it during the very limited on-site manager hours. So I went to the website and submitted an inquiry, and was told someone would be contacting me shortly. I never once heard back, not even so much as a "I see your mailing address is California and you're inquiring to join our gym in Ohio. I just want to follow up and see if this was a mistake, or if there's anything I can help with....." Something along those lines.
So apparently they don't really care much at all about new member inquiries, and if you try and happen to hear back, nicely done! You've gotten further than me
