  • This is my second go around with Gerber and I knew my baby was in safe hands with them. Excellent customer service and I loved that they sent me updates via text and email. They left my car good as new. I really liked that they are one of State Farm's preferred vendors and I was able to coordinate everything through my claims adjuster. The estimated time to fix my car was accurate and they did a fantastic job. I also liked that I was able to leave my rental car and they drove it back to Hertz instead of having to figure out a ride.
