  • I haven't even gotten my car back yet, but based on the customer service and the company's lack of communication, I would say this place doesn't even deserve one star. I dropped off my car at 730AM on 4/19, and was told I would be called within an hour with the diagnosis (worth noting that they didn't even call me until 11AM) I informed the mechanic before leaving that I would need my car back by the end of the business day. He is the only employee here so far that was helpful and seemed to know what he was talking about, so this dude is exempt from how furious I am with this company. He seemed confident that they would be able to finish my car by the end of the day, but did inform me later in the day (around 330pm) that there was a slight chance they would have to keep my car overnight and would call and let me know before the end of their day what the exact ETA would be. They never called with an ETA, so I tried calling after business hours around 630PM just to ask when I might be able to pick up my car the following day. The girl that answered the phone was unhelpful to the point of rudeness and told me to just leave a message. As stated, I informed the mechanic at the time of drop off that I needed my car back by the end of the day on the 19th. After already having to push back my trip (not cool but I try my hardest to be understanding) I was told by an employee this morning (4/20) at 9AM when I called again that my car would be ready "by the end of the day or sooner" (that could be anytime between 9AM and 530PM which doesn't really narrow it down at all considering they never even called to tell me they were keeping it overnight) and was offered no explanation as to why a routine fix up is taking two entire business days to fix, especially when I informed them that keeping my car past the first day was not an option. I feel that did my part as a customer to communicate exactly what I needed and by when, and was severely let down and harshly inconvenienced by this business's inability to communicate with customers and get a job done in the timeframe they give. I have now had to push back my trip yet another day (it was only a two and a half day trip to begin with, so you can imagine how frustrated I am that my car was not and still has not been returned to me) and don't even get me started on the cost disparity of parts and labor. Essentially, this is a terribly unorganized place of business it seems. And they must be joking if they think I'm going to pay them every last hard-earned dollar i have to my name to treat their customers with so much disrespect. If a customer tells you they need something done in a certain amount of time, you either make it happen or you tell them you can't do it. So after they dropped the ball on getting my car fixed on time, and sucked at letting me know that my car wouldn't be fixed on time (a whole 24 hours later than their latest time estimate given initially) AND they're gonna up charge me that severely on labor??? At this point, the only way i'd consider coming to this place again is if they call me in the next ten minutes and tell me my car is ready with a completely rebuilt engine, full detail, new paint job, and fresh tires. It's obvious to me that this company only cares about making a buck and really has zero consideration for their customers as people. 0/5 stars
