  • Honda Car Care uses them. They were a no show, don't answer their phone, mailbox is full, and in calling Honda to inquire where they were, they told Honda they cancelled. This is not true, and Honda also confirmed they had no record of canceling. I would never use them on my own accord. Honda has found someone else. Will see if they show.....been waiting so far two hours, and will have to wait another hour now.
