I was nervous given the mixed reviews but I work at ASU so it was easy for me to come check it out. Pleasantly surprised! The idea is great, create-your-own donuts. Super original. I got the "french toast" which is maple glazed and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and then I had them add bacon to it. It was really delicious, warm and fresh. Others have complained about soggy donuts but mine wasn't soggy or greasy. It was, however, freshly covered in gooey glaze so just be prepared for that. If you eat it with your hands, it's gonna be messy.
The bacon could've been crispier but hey it's bacon, I'm not too upset :) As far as donuts go it was expensive, $2 for a small custom one. In terms of food in general though, it's fairly cheap (I pay way more for cupcakes).
One down side is they only make one style of donut. It was like a light cake-style and while it was yummy, the raised yeast donuts are my favorite. I can understand not being able to do multiple styles with this business model though.
Not the best donut I've ever had, but a great idea and very yummy! I'll be back I'm sure :)
