  • Came to my appointment early and I could not find the suite. By the time I found it hidden in one of the back hallways she said, "I can't see you and I don't have any openings until at least a month because I'm going out of town." How horrible! Especially considering she only called me back that morning because she had someone else cancel that day. When I tried calling that I couldn't get to her suite all I got was an answering machine. It is a shame that Doctors and Therapists can be some of the most careless people. No concern for the well being of their patience and only in it for their own comfort. God forbid you spend an extra 15 minutes of your time with a patient, because that is unheard of! By the way I was wearing both an ankle and knee brace limping around the building to find this establishment.
