  • Love their honesty! We're still under a 2-10 Home Warranty when we purchased our home in October 2013. I contacted them for the soonest appointment when our brand new AC unit went out on a Friday morning. THEIR home warranty company's soonest time they could send someone out was next Wednesday! NO WAY! I even told them I had asthma and it made no difference. It was not worth my health, time or money to stay w/ their "in network contractor." I said the heck with that and found my own, MTB. I like to work with local businesses so I took a chance calling MTB. Brent was wonderful to talk to. After telling him my story with the Home Warranty company, he said he could have someone out the next day to look at our AC unit. Travis, the tech who came out was wonderful. Very professional, polite and did a through examination. As a consumer, I like to be treated with respect and I was by this fine company from start to finish. I will be doing all my HVAC business with MTB and referring them to friends and neighbors. P.S. Brent actually pointed out that this would probably be still be under the actual new AC warranty but we couldn't locate the papers with the house purchase! He pointed out that it would be much better for us to do it that way instead of having them come out and us pay for it. I loved his honesty. It was well worth it.
