  • You literally have to remind them every week for issues. I have to remind them and say hey my plumbing still isn't working. Worst apartments EVER. I had a roach problem in my apartment due to the neighbor next door it took them over a month to do something about it and the only reason they did something was because I gave them a legal document stating that they had to do it. It takes them weeks to fix simple things like the toilet not filling up with water and the maintenance workers literally stay on the apartment grounds. Eveytime you go to the main office they write stuff down that never gets completed and then ask you " you told me about those issues". The main pool has been green for the past couple of weeks and instead of them cleaning it they just pump water in thru a rusted pipe that hangs over the edge of the pool. Do yourself a favor and don't move here.
