I liked it. Service was somewhat slow and not especially attentive. I ate some strange concoction that involved a grilled biscuit, topped with meat loaf, strips of bacon, served with a side of mashed potatoes and veg. Everything was covered in a thick layer of country gravy. It was a little spicy. It was really good, but it was so heavy I was not able to eat for 6 hours - and I didn't even finish half. We also had a pretty good pasta dish. Unfortunately, the waitress didn't offer and desert so we just left although the deserts looked good in the case - mostly cakes.
I would try this place again, but I think I would split a meal. The portion sizes are off the chart - which is a good thing. The side dishes are a little wanting. The steamed veg not so good. Mashed potatoes not bad. The county gravy needed more meat, but was passable. The bacon was top notch.
The decor is basically a Marie Calendar's location that closed. Traffic in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare. The place is huge inside, but strangely laid out in odd seating sections.
