  • I ordered a cake around 3:30pm today but had to cancel the cake due to my fiance being deployed sooner than we expected. I called to cancel the cake less than 3 hours later and I was charged $50 to cancel! I could understand if it was already made or started being made but there is no way it had been. This place is not military friendly and they could have just refunded my money since I called so quickly. Will not be back and will pass the word on to military people. Sad because I liked my designs and would have come back to reorder. Now I will not be a returning customer.
