I have been to the drybar three times. Two of the three experiences were outstanding. However, my last experience was absolutely horrible. So bad, I have never been back. The man who worked on my hair did such a terrible job I had to go home and redo it. He put so much product in my hair that it smelled terrible and it took two washes to get the smell out. I wrote a review on their website and they offered me a "floater" on my next visit.I'm glad they reached out, but I don't want a floater, I just want a fabulous blowout. I can't tell you how disappointed I was in how my hair turned out that day (looked unbelievably dry and messy--not smooth and silky) and I feel they should have rectified the blowout, not offered some free add on (which would mean that I would have to pay for another blowout to see if it would turn out any better). Bottom line is that you're basically rolling the dice by going to drybar to get your hair done. It may work out great, or it may cost you more than money...it may cost you time and aggravation too.
