  • I can't rate the school because my daughter does not attend. What I can say, however, is that when I stopped in for a tour I was turned away. I came in one morning after dropping off my daughter at a nearby daycare, because I was looking to possibly switch daycares. Maybe I should have made an appointment so maybe I'm in the wrong, but I think I could have been treated a little differently. I walked in and inquired about a tour. The woman asked me my daughter's age and I told her, and she said they don't have openings and the wait list is very long, so I should just go "like" their Facebook page to stay updated on future openings. Then, I asked for a tour anyway, because I wanted to see if I like the school enough to try and stay updated on future openings and wait for an opening (because, as I said, my daughter is already at a daycare and there isn't a huge rush to move her). And the woman told me that, because they are full and not accepting kids my daughter's age, there's no need for a tour because it would be a waste of everyone's time. I politely thanked her and walked out. But, I was very surprised. I don't think a tour would be a waste because it would allow me to get enough information to see if I even want to wait for an opening, and from their standpoint, it would allow them to showcase the school to an interested parent. I just thought it was rude and unprofessional and, if my popping in was unacceptable or inappropriate, she could've at least told me tours need to be scheduled at which point I would've just scheduled one. Needless to say, I won't be returning. I know someone who has a child at this school and she really likes it. I'm bummed that I won't get a chance to learn about the school, but it's the school's fault and lucky for me (and many others) there are lots of other great schools in Phoenix that I've already looked at. :)
