  • My husband purchased a Living Social voucher for a full house cleaning from Metros Other Woman in June 2011. Since that time, I've tried repeatedly to schedule an appointment with the owner Sarah and one of her associates Jordan. Several reschedules and cancelations later, we agreed on the morning of Nov. 19, 2012 (1 year & 5 months after the 1st appt was scheduled). It is now 12 o'clock on Nov. 19th and I haven't seen or heard from anyone from Metros Other Woman. I've called (voicemail picks up on the 1st ring) and left a message, in addition to an email with no response. I would advise anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service in the Charlotte area to stay away from this company. I would give them a zero star rating if that were an option.
