Me thinks not could not be more accurate! Upon entering the salon, I was not greeted by the girl and her friend? working the counter as she was in the middle of signing a woman up. Just a quick "I'll be with you soon" would have been appreciated. After 10 minutes of waiting I finally get up to the counter and just start asking about their packages when a client walks in and the employee says to me "I just need to check her in" so I step aside. The employee and the client end up having a five minute conversation about nail polish. After that's over and I'm just about to start this conversation again, another client walks in and she has me step to the side yet again. By this point, I've now been here 20 minutes and I'm pretty frustrated. I only want to tan for 30 days as I am leaving on 2 vacations back to back. She quotes me $180 for the top bed for 30 days! Ummm, NO! So then she suggests the unlimited tanning for 30 days for $100, perfect! Oh but wait, there is a $25 registration fee which she didn't mention until she had my ID and credit card. Then she mentions that I will be signed up for auto renew after 30 days so I say "I guess I need to cancel that today in order to not be charged again" I say to her. Well, that doesn't work and she keeps trying to prorate me for an additional 15 days so I end up paying for 45 days. I made it very clear that I was leaving on 2 back to back vacations and I wouldn't need any tanning after 30 days. This place is quite the ripoff. I politely have her return my ID and credit card and I find a FANTASTIC tanning salon across the street that gave me unlimited tanning and sprays for $85 for 30 days in their best beds. Yikes!! Run away!
