New to the area and found them over the summer 2013. The office is nice and clean - with modern equipment. There were tools there that I've never even seen before and I make sure to go every 6 months. Had no problems at the appt and everything seemed to go well until the end. It was very difficult for the front office staff to give me an estimate for a filling. I ended up having to call the insurance company that gave me the information, but also stated that each office should have a book that is given to them with rates. That had me a little frustrated.
Recently called to make 6 month cleaning appt for myself and an initial appt for my husband - it was a 20 min ordeal. I was able to put it aside since she was able to find a date and time that both my husband and I could go at the same time.
A couple hours later, my husband mentioned that he took a second glance at his schedule and he's going to be out of town that day. I figure after being on the phone for 20 mins before, that he can call and move his appt. I don't know all the details regarding the call. But, he mentioned that it while quite the experience trying to move the appt and that they couldn't find the original appts. He ended up making two new appts for both of us.
Shortly after he was done changing the appts, I receive a phone call stating that someone took my appt slot - not sure how that can happen - and she was going to move me to a later time. I told her that I preferred the morning time because I work and don't have too much flexibility. It was such a mess and such a hassle. And on top of all that she (the same lady that couldn't find the appts when my husband called) finally found those appts. I was okay with my original date - but now there was apparently something else on their end that conflicted. Mass confusion. If getting an appt is this difficult - then I'll find a new dentist that is willing to make an appt in a fast and efficient manner.
The dentist and hygentist were great when I went - just wish they invested in QUALITY office staff.
