  • Great space and instructors. Terrible "front desk" service. The receptionist is either completely disengaged and incapable of providing good customer service or someone who makes up rules about coupons at will. They can not be trusted to honor coupons, etc. Be careful! If you join and don't have to deal with punchcard...you'll be fine. If not, good luck!
