  • I recently moved in to the brand new east building of The Stetson and it has been great so far. The staff is on top of things especially with this being a brand new building & having adjustments still in the process of being made they keep everyone in the loop about any changes or updates. It's a very gorgeous complex and perfect convenient location in the entertainment district, cute oldtown shopping, restaurants and nightlife bars are all in walking distance. When you're in your apartment complex the noise from the nightlife is very minimal. Pricing is comparable to other Scottsdale complexes in the area and for the convenience & amenities it's worth it.
