I won't repeat any details about the typical Holiday Inn experience, which is always good. The staff is efficient and friendly, and the breakfast food is varied and flavorful as you find at all HI Express locations.
A couple of points about the hotel:
(1) There are three floors but one ice machine - on the first floor.
(2) The business center with a computer and printer for your airline boarding passes is on the second floor next to the elevator.
(3) There is a good selection of restaurants nearby, whether you want something fast (McDonald's or Wendy's) or really good (Primanti Brothers).
(4) The location might be an issue if ambient noise disturbs you. The front of the hotel faces a trucking firm, so you will hear trucks moving and backing up, with the back-up horns beeping. The back of the hotel faces the highway leading from the PA Turnpike exit. The noise is not horrific, but it is not totally quiet by any means. To me the sounds are white noise and much more palatable than loud music. The hotel does offer a kit to help you sleep: earplugs, eyeshades, some other items I forgot, and a pair of fuzzy slippers. Who can resist the offer?
