  • The store is big and clean. I enjoy seeing the new release sections and the kids section is a nice escape from reality. The employees are very helpful and nice. My complaints come with the fact that Amazon can be a lot more inexpensive for most of the books. I also find myself having to go elsewhere for books that they do not carry, especially the law section (it is literally 3 short sad shelves). I confess that (like most things I shop for), if I see a book I like and find interesting, I will quickly look on other sites and see if I can order it for cheaper. Most times I can. Call me cheap, or whatever. Doesn't matter. The parking can be rough on the weekend or evenings during the week, so try to go earlier in the day or on super bowl Sunday! The store is a nice place. It's quiet and peaceful, like a library. The store does NOT connect to the inside of the mall. Overall, not bad, the employees are nice and helpful, the place is clean, they have a lot to offer, can be pricey depending on the book. Tip: get a book you'll read over and over and look in the sale sections! You may find a gem;)
