  • Frequent this car wash often for 3 years now. We went to take my mans car for a wash. Realized some checks were missing from the middle console. Even the duster and spare key was gone! Came back in and the lady behind the counter just so happened to have the checks. She claimed they fell out of the car. Spoke to the car wash manager who went through his box and retrieved the spare key! Upon return, the key ring was completely bent out of shape (as if they attempted to remove the key and failed!) They had no explanation, not accommodating. They couldn't even return the cheap duster! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Disappointing. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
