  • WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EXPERIENCED - BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I went to Gaudin Porsche in search for a certified pre owned Cayenne Diesel. The salesman I worked with was friendly and looked through the inventory for a Diesel model that was 1-2 years old. Unfortunately they didn't have any used Diesel models on their lot. We took a test drive in a Diesel and a Cayenne S as he was trying to get me interested in another model. I told him I really preferred the Diesel but was open to another model if they had a good deal, which he assured me they would find for me. The next day, I got a text message from him saying they had just received in a Cayenne Turbo that was the color I wanted and would be certified pre owned. He said I was the first one they were showing it to and they would get it cleaned up and certified and then I could come in and look at it. I texted over the next 4-5 days asking when I could come in and see it as I was anxious. Responses I got were it wasn't cleaned and ready to look at. After 5 days I told him I was going to come in and look at it even if it wasn't "cleaned" yet. I got to the dealership and they told me the car was sold that day. I couldn't believe they had sold it before I could even see the car after what they had told me. Definitely not how I do business - I was very disappointed in the lack of integrity with this dealership based on my experience. I will go out of state to California for my car.
