  • I have a 2016 Rx350 with nitrogen filled tires. Last Friday, the warning lights came on that all the tires were low. I had a very busy day, but stopped by Superstition Springs to have the tires topped off. They informed me that they would have to keep the car for an hour because they couldn't fill my tires without also performing a multi-point inspection. I didn't have time to wait, so I left. I called Earnhardt Lexus to make an appointment for Monday since it is near my work. They said I didn't need an appointment, just to come by when it was convenient and it would take about 5 minutes. Superstition Springs is lucky I didn't have a blow out after they refused to fill my tires. What poor customer service. I will never take my car there again for anything. They were WAY more worried about being able to charge me more money for an 'inspection' than for my safety.
