  • Penn Mac deserves more than 5 stars! This place is the best italian food store I've seen anywhere in the US. The selection and quality of their cheeses, meats, olives, pastas, oils, sauces, etc is just incredible. The prices are also really good - any other store with a big cheese selection will charge a ton more. I used to shop here at least once a week and since I've moved away from Pittsburgh, this is the store I miss the most. I now live in Chicago and even here there is nothing like it. I still frequently buy their stuff online through their website....Thank God for the internet. Favorite items include: Calabrese Olives, House Italian Olive Oil, Istara Cheese, Mortadella w/Pistaccio, Ciabatta Bread
