Unfortunately Lifequest and I did not work out. I was a referral to this office by my good friend who goes there often. My first issue was that they did not open the office until 9 and are closed 12-2 so it's impossible to get ahold of them if you work 8-5 like me. When I did try calling on a Saturday I hung up after being placed on hold for several minutes. So after a week of trying to schedule an initial consultation I was finally able to get in on 5pm on a Thursday. I was so excited to have a solution to my back pain I asked my manger to get off 20 minutes early that day to make my appointment on time. After all this, the office called me to CANCEL my appt. because "something came up". Needless to say I was frustrated. I expressed this to Candice and after our conversation she called me back with a solution.
She scheduled me in for the following Tuesday, they would let me keep my free 30 minute massage scheduled for that Saturday in addition to giving me a free 1-hr massage at 7 to make up for the cancelled appointment! My exact words were "Who can say no to that?" and I was pleased that they made up for the appointment cancellation.
The massage on Thursday went well and I liked how their office is decorated. However, when I came back to the office that Saturday the receptionist Christina expected payment from me. I explained to her that Candice had promised me this free massage as well after my appointment was cancelled at the last minute. She looked at me like I was crazy which very quickly upset me since they were the ones who messed up my schedule and this was supposedly their way of fixing it. She called Candice and after hanging up with her basically said I had to pay or I wouldn't get the massage at all. I refused since this is not what Candice and I had agreed upon.
So in the end, there is just too much miscommunication with the front desk for me to bother ever coming back. It's unfortunate that they couldn't their story straight as I REALLY wanted to go here. Now, not so much.
