  • I was very impressed! I had a package that was delivered to me when I wasn't home, which needed a signature in order for delivery. I was very surprised to find out that they brought my package to the closest UPS store to my house. I called the morning after and spoke with a really pleasant lady on the phone. I asked her to verify that my package was there before I drove down there. She was very kind, and checked for my package. With history of having problems with UPS in the past I was very surprised to find out that my package was there and ready. When I came in I presented my ID to the same lady that I spoke to you on the phone and she remembered me. With a simple signature and a check of my ID I got my package and I was on my way. Good experience
