  • Although I love to cook with a passion I absolutely hate coming here. It's extremely overpriced and the staff is literally selectively seeing you to wait on you but the customers are rude too. I literally was just overlooked by four staff to ring up my 35.00 vanilla paste( I have found for cheaper other places btw but I was in a bind and needed it 40 minuets ago situation so....) but customers who stood BEHIND ME, felt it necessary to go ahead of me and not politely say, she's is ahead of me. I'm not too sure how I became invisible suddenly when I walked in to store, ( i have bright BRIGHT RED hair.... I'm generally not invisible anywhere )but I did to all those rich ladies that were pecking all over the place. The only person who saw me was the girl that rang me up and she also asked 3 of her coworkers to ring me up and they blatantly ignored her. Didn't catch her name but bless her because she got my anger. I'm still in the parking lot writing this because I am damn pissed. Rude all around except one lady. And one lady can't do it all Williams-Sonoma. I will be buying my vanilla paste elsewhere. And all my other cooking things. I like SurLa Tab better anyway and crate and barrel just opened.... so yeah.... buh bye Billy....
